today it's known for its mix
of low income housing and
up-and-coming bars, Parkdale
was once one of Toronto's
swankiest neighbourhoods.
So swanky, in fact, that some
of its residents refused to
leave... even after death.
With Halloween on its way,
we spent took a ghost tour
